Aria Palomino

Hi, I’m Aria! I’m a third-year student at UC Davis, majoring in Biological Systems Engineering. I’ve always been fascinated by the intersection of technology and biology, and this field gives me the opportunity to explore how engineering can solve real-world problems. I’m excited to continue my studies and deepen my understanding of how we can use innovation to make a positive impact.

In my free time, I’m a mentor for a FIRST Robotics team. I love helping students discover the power of STEM and guiding them as they solve complex problems together. It’s an incredibly rewarding experience to see them grow and develop their skills.

I also have a deep appreciation for nature, particularly mushrooms and squirrels. I enjoy spending time outdoors, observing these little wonders of the natural world. They remind me to appreciate the small, often overlooked details in life.

I’m really excited to be part of Her Campus and to write about my passions. I can’t wait to share my interests, whether they’re related to engineering, nature, or just life in general.
